This research aims to examine various land disputes that occurred between the Assegaf family and the community, as well as efforts to resolve them. This research combines a qualitative approach with a descriptive strategy. Data collection techniques include documentation, interviews, and observations. The study found that land disputes occurred due to claims of dual ownership of the same land between the community and the Assegaf family, which was exacerbated by weak land administration and overlapping certificates. Efforts to resolve disputes have been carried out through mediation, both by the village government and related agencies, but until now they have not produced a complete solution. This study concludes that land dispute resolution requires a firmer approach from the government, including strengthening regulations and transparency in the issuance of land certificates. The background of this research is based on the increasing cases of violence, accidents, and neglect against children in PAUD units, as well as the importance of the role of school management in building an effective and sustainable protection system. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method carried out at RA Shazia Palembang. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects include school principals, teachers, and support staff. The results of the study show that although schools already have policies in the form of safety SOPs, implementation in the field has not been optimal. Teachers have not received special training, evacuation simulations have never been carried out, and incident reporting systems have not been actively functioning. Most of the physical facilities of the school have met the standards, but unsafe facilities are still found. Security evaluation and monitoring are still incidental and not yet system-based. This study are quantitative and qualitative research type with the ADDIE model. The sample in this study was an English teacher at the school concerned and 5 high school students in grade 10. Data collection was carried out by interview and documentation. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and verification. However, limited market access and weak communication strategies cause crop yields not to be fully optimal. This study aims to find out how the farmer group in Teluk Agung Village communicates in the marketing of coffee crops and to understand the dynamics that occur within the farmer group. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The informants in this study consisted of five people, including chairpersons, secretaries, and members of farmer groups in Teluk Agung Village, Mekakau Ilir District, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. Data collection techniques are done through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is <em>group achievement theory, </em>which emphasizes members' contribution, cooperation, and the collective achievement of results. The study results show that communication in farmer groups is active and functional through discussions, division of roles, and coordination in marketing coffee. Group dynamics shown through participation, trust, and mutual awareness also strengthen the effectiveness of cooperation, thereby supporting the achievement of group goals in increasing the selling value of coffee crops.</p> Oktalia oktalia Henny Yusalia Badarudin Azarkasyi Copyright (c) 2025 LIMEEMAS: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-05-29 2025-05-29 3 1 POLITICAL STRATEGY OF THE WINNING TEAM OF RATU DEWA AND PRIMA SALAM IN THE 2024 PALEMBANG CITY REGIONAL HEAD ELECTION https://ejournal.apmapi.or.id/index.php/Limeemas/article/view/42 <p>In the dynamics of local politics in Indonesia, campaign strategy is a crucial factor in determining the success of candidates in the Regional Head Election (Pilkada). This study aims to analyze the political strategies implemented by the winning teams of Ratu Dewa and Prima Salam in the 2024 Palembang City Elections. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation with informants from the success team, community leaders, and residents of Palembang City. The results of the study identified three main strategies, namely push political, pull political, and pass political. The push political strategy is carried out through direct approaches such as door-to-door campaigns and open discussions. The pull political strategy utilizes mass media and social media to convey campaign messages and reach young voters. Meanwhile, the political pass is realized through cooperation with influential figures and community organizations. The simultaneous implementation of all three strategies has been proven to increase public engagement and strengthen the candidate's position. The lack of access to appropriate methods for early childhood education is a challenge in applying technology in the educational environment. This study aims to identify effective computer device recognition methods for early childhood, analyze their level of understanding after being given learning, and examine the obstacles faced in their implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected through observation, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation of learning activities. The study results show that playing while learning with the active guidance of teachers can improve children's understanding of computer devices. However, the limited infrastructure and educators' readiness are still a challenge.
