https://ejournal.apmapi.or.id/index.php/Limeemas/article/view/56

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in improving students' financial analysis skills in banking economics courses. The background of this research stems from students' limited ability to interpret financial data and solve banking cases analytically. The method used is a quantitative, quasi-experimental design of the one-group pretest-posttest type. The research subjects were 30 students from the financial management study program. The research instruments include financial analysis ability tests and observation sheets of learning activities. Data were analyzed using paired sample t-test and N-gain tests. The results showed a significant increase in pretest-to-posttest scores (p < 0.05), with an average N-gain of 0.58, which was in the medium range. In addition, observations revealed changes in student behavior, including increased participation, greater confidence, and improved ability to deliver analysis. These findings show that PBL is effective in improving students' financial analysis skills cognitively and practically. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of banking economics learning that is more contextual and grounded in real problems.
Fitria Marisya

https://ejournal.apmapi.or.id/index.php/Limeemas/article/view/81

Vocabulary mastery is fundamental in learning English as a foreign language (EFL). However, many learners struggle to increase the number of words and use vocabulary effectively. This study explores the effectiveness of mobile technology-based shadowing techniques in improving EFL learners' vocabulary mastery. This study uses mixed methods with an experimental approach. A total of 40 intermediate EFL participants from the Domestic English Course in Kampung Inggris Pare were selected through purposive sampling and participated in a shadowing practice program using mobile applications such as Google Voice Assistant and Duolingo for four weeks. Quantitative data was obtained from pre-test and post-test, while qualitative data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the t-test statistical test produced a value of t = -26.502, with a degree of freedom (df) of 30 and a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000. This p-value is smaller than 0.05, indicating that the difference between pre-test and post-test scores is statistically significant. Thus, the treatment provided to help students learn English vocabulary effectively and authentically improves their abilities. Interviews revealed that ease of access, flexibility, and repetitive practice supported this method's success despite obstacles like audio speed and internet network limitations. Thus, mobile technology-based shadowing techniques can be innovative in improving EFL learners' vocabulary mastery.
Wahyudi Syaputra

2026-02-012026-02-01411324The Role of Trust and Risk in Online Product Purchase Decisions
https://ejournal.apmapi.or.id/index.php/Limeemas/article/view/69

This study aims to analyze the role of trust and perceived risk perception in influencing online product purchase decisions in D4 International Business Administration students. The approach is quantitative, using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to students who are actively shopping online. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous influences of the variables. The results showed that trust had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while risk perception had a negative but nonsignificant effect. Simultaneously, both variables affect purchasing decisions, with trust dominating. These findings indicate that students tend to rely more on trust than on risk assessment in online transactions. From a behavioral economics perspective, this shows a tendency toward decision-making that is not entirely rational, in which ease, experience, and subjective perception play important roles. This research contributes to the study of digital marketing economics and its practical implications for businesspeople seeking to build consumer trust.
Marsinah Marsinah

https://ejournal.apmapi.or.id/index.php/Limeemas/article/view/66

Abstrak ; This article examines the role of parents in children’s education based on prophetic traditions (hadith tarbawi), emphasizing responsibility, exemplary behavior, and compassion within the family environment. Families function as the earliest and primary educational setting that shapes children’s moral, spiritual, and social foundations. Using a qualitative literature study approach, this study analyzes relevant hadiths, classical Islamic sources, and contemporary Indonesian research. The findings reveal that the Prophet Muhammad provided a comprehensive framework for child education rooted in moral responsibility, exemplary conduct, and affectionate parenting. These values remain highly relevant for modern Muslim families in navigating digital challenges and maintaining healthy parent–child relationships. The study concludes that hadith-based education strengthens family resilience and contributes to forming a pious, ethical, and emotionally balanced generation.
Muhammad Zainul HusnaSalwa Ghina OsiskaMansur Amriatul

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital trust on consumer purchase decisions in the marketplace in the context of Society 5.0. This research is based on the growing interaction in the digital economy, accompanied by various risks, so trust is a key factor in shaping consumer behavior. This study uses a quantitative, survey-based approach with marketplace users who have experience with online transactions. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach to test the relationships between variables. The study's results show that digital trust has a positive, significant influence on purchasing decisions. The security dimension and reviews/ratings were found to be the dominant factors in shaping consumer trust. In addition, the results also indicate that trust is not only technical, but also formed through digital social interaction between users. In the context of Society 5.0, trust results from the integration of technological systems with the collective user experience. In practical terms, this research provides implications for marketplace players to improve system security and manage customer reviews strategically. Academically, this research extends the study of digital consumer behavior by emphasizing the social dimension in trust formation.
Jamilah Jamilah

2026-04-112026-04-1141112Employee Well-being as a Mediator between Financial Compensation and Organizational Performance
https://ejournal.apmapi.or.id/index.php/Limeemas/article/view/67

This study examines the role of employee well-being as a mediating variable in the relationship between financial compensation and organizational performance. The background of this research is the phenomenon that an increase in financial compensation is not always associated with optimal improvements in employee performance. This study uses a quantitative, explanatory research design and involves employees from various sectors as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method to test the direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results of the study show that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee well-being, and employee well-being has a significant effect on organizational performance. Meanwhile, the direct effect of compensation on organizational performance is relatively weaker than the indirect influence through well-being. This indicates that employee well-being plays a strong mediating role. Overall, this study confirms that organizational performance is influenced not only by financial factors but also by employee well-being. These findings provide important implications for organizations to integrate compensation policies with employee well-being improvement strategies.
Rolia Wahasusmia
